Trout, dill and lime cake

This recipe is inspired by the book « Les Cakes de Sophie », with a few variations. Sophie suggests pairing salmon with chives and Gruyère. Me, I went for the combination of smoked trout, dill and lime!

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Without overmixing, combine the flour sifted with the baking powder, the eggs, the milk and the oil.

    Add the smoked trout in small pieces, the dill, the lime juice and the finely chopped zest.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Serve warm or cold.
