To get your wafers right...

To get your wafers right, you need a little wafer iron. There are inexpensive ones, and afterwards you’ll be able to make wafers as flat rounds, cigarette rolls, tuiles, ice-cream cones… in short, all sorts of things… and if I tell you the batter is super easy to make, you’ll dash out to buy one, or kick yourself for not putting it on your Christmas list ^^.

    Warm the water and melt the butter in the microwave.

    With a small whisk, mix the flour, the sugar, the eggs, the butter, the salt and the water.

    Preheat your iron and cook the wafers for two minutes each.
