Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix the flour sifted with the baking powder, the sugar and the chocolate chips.
Add the eggs, mix quickly.
Work in the butter and carry on mixing.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it into a big log.
Cut slices from the log of dough and tidy up the shape a little if needed.
Place the cookies on a rack lined with a silicone mat or baking paper.
Bake for 18 minutes.
