Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Mix the yoghurt with the sugar.

    Add all at once the flour (T65 if possible) sifted with the baking powder.

    Add to the mixture the butter, the eggs one by one, then the roughly blitzed walnuts.

    Bake for 20 minutes.
