Tuna and cherry tomato tart

A tart bursting with flavour and colour! To make again and again in summer, when growers’ little tomatoes flood the stalls. You can also put a few cherry tomato plants in your garden or on your balcony. They’re easy to grow.

Tuna and cherry tomato tart

Preparation

For this recipe, buy colourful cherry tomatoes!

Once again, go to the growers at the markets, because their tomatoes taste far better ^^

  1. Step 1

Make a crisp shortcrust pastry at least an hour before using it and chill it.

Take it out 15 minutes before rolling it out on a floured surface, and lay it in a buttered tart tin.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mix the eggs and the soft cheese (or fromage blanc), add the contents of the tin of tuna, sauce included, and the chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into the tin, add the cherry tomatoes and bake for 35 minutes.
