Pear and walnut tart

Instead of pairing pear with its usual classics (chocolate, almonds, pistachios…), I paired it with walnuts in this autumn tart. The greedy can add vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Well, I recommend it. It’s delicious.

For this recipe, you can use Conference pears or nice juicy Doyenné du Comice.
