Boudin blanc and apple parcels

For the festive season, you can make a whole meal of them ^^.

By reducing the quantities, you can serve them as a starter or even as canapés.

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Peel the apples, cut them into wedges and pan-fry them with a little butter. Cover and leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Butter the brick pastry sheets and press them into buttered tartlet moulds (so they don’t stick). Bake them for 8 minutes at 180°C.

Cook the boudins blancs (delicate French white sausages) either in a pan or in a steam oven for 10 minutes at 100°C.

On each plate, set down a brick pastry case and fill it with apples and a sliced boudin.

Serve with a green salad if you like.
