Chocolate chip brioche
Here’s a brioche you can start in the evening to start eating it the following lunchtime!

Step 1
Make the dough: in a stand mixer or a breadmaker or by hand, mix the milk, the eggs, the butter, then the flour, the chocolate, the salt, the sugar and the yeast. Knead for 15 minutes.
Put it in the fridge overnight.

Step 2
Take the dough out of the fridge and knead it, giving it the shape you want. I made three ropes of dough that I put in a buttered mould.
Leave the dough to rise again somewhere warm, this time at 25°C.
Bake in a cold oven set to 170°C for thirty minutes.
