If you made the tuna and semi-dried tomato loaf cake, you’ll have half a packet of tomatoes left. Here’s a way to use them.

You can also make this bread and then make the tuna and tomato cake ^^.

This bread is perfect for ham-and-cheese open-sandwich meals, or for aperitifs with tomato, aubergine, salmon or sardine spreads…

Preparation

For the open-sandwich meal...

Very simple… Put ham and Emmental on the open sandwich and serve with a nice salad… there’s a meal put together very quickly if you’re working or in a hurry.

  1. Step 1

In the breadmaker, put the lukewarm water, half the flour, the salt, the other half of the flour, the yeast, the Emmental and the half packet of semi-dried tomatoes with half the oil from the packet.

Set the machine to the normal rapid programme… In two hours, your bread will be ready!
