Preparation

Marc Peyrey's products

A producer of dried tomatoes, semi-dried fruit, Ente plums, vinegar…, Marc Peyrey is well known to some of you because he’s at a few food fairs (Beaujoire, Vertou). Owing to health problems, he doesn’t currently come to the fairs but sells online.

My favourite products: the dried tomato petals used in this recipe, and the jars of Tomatine Marco, aubergine tomatine, pepper tomatine…

To try it is to love it!

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, the eggs, the oil and the milk.

Stir into this mixture the contents of the tins of tuna and half a packet of semi-dried tomatoes with some of the flavoured oil.

    Bake for 45 minutes.
