  1. Step 1

    Blitz the salmon roughly.

    Add the Saint Môret, the egg, the salt, the pepper and the dill and keep blitzing for a few seconds.

    Peel the brick pastry sheets off their paper.

    Lay them one on top of another and cut them in half.

    Fold each half in two.

    Place a mound of filling at the start of the rectangle.

    Fold into a triangle, once to the left then once to the right, until you’ve used up the whole brick pastry sheet.

  5. Step 5

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    With a brush, coat each samosa with butter.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Serve with a salad if it’s your main course, or on their own if you’re offering them as a nibble with drinks.
