A Sancerre
Easy little bites that can be served as a nibble with drinks, or as a main course with a salad for dinner.

A Sancerre
Blitz the salmon roughly.
Add the Saint Môret, the egg, the salt, the pepper and the dill and keep blitzing for a few seconds.
Peel the brick pastry sheets off their paper.
Lay them one on top of another and cut them in half.
Fold each half in two.
Place a mound of filling at the start of the rectangle.
Fold into a triangle, once to the left then once to the right, until you’ve used up the whole brick pastry sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
With a brush, coat each samosa with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with a salad if it’s your main course, or on their own if you’re offering them as a nibble with drinks.
