  1. Step 1

    Toast the hazelnuts and rub off their skins if needed.

    Butter a sheet of baking parchment to hold the mixture.

    Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 4 minutes at 450 W (I went for a dark chocolate at 80%).

    As soon as it’s out, add the condensed milk, the sugar and the hazelnuts and stir until you have a smooth mass.

    Pour the mixture onto the baking parchment, shaping it into a rectangle or a square.

    Cover it with baking parchment and put it in the fridge for a day.

    Cut the slab into small pieces.
