Crab salad with orange

Buy fresh crab for this recipe!

Buy two crabs and take the claws for this recipe. If you buy it cooked, be careful that it’s your fishmonger who cooked it.

Tomorrow, you’ll make a little spread with the rest of the crab and everyone will pick apart their own « beast » ^^.

  1. Step 1

    Crack the crab claws with a nutcracker and set the meat aside.

    Peel the orange, taking care to leave no white pith, and lift out the segments without their thin membrane.

    Make the vinaigrette and toss the lettuce in it. Once mixed, put the salad on a plate.

    Arrange the crab, the orange segments and the lime on top.
