Chestnut and chocolate chip loaf cake

You went chestnut-picking and made chestnut cream. Here’s a recipe to use up a jar! I don’t know why I’m thinking of Mireille πŸ™‚

This cake is perfect at breakfast as it’s nice and filling ^^.

If your chestnut cream is quite sweet, go far lighter on the sugar. Thanks Nathalie πŸ™‚

    Preheat the oven to 180 Β°C.

    Mix the flour sifted with the baking powder, the sugar, the eggs and the butter.

    Add the chestnut cream and the chocolate chips.

    Bake for 45 minutes.
