    Peel all the fruit and cut it into pieces.

    Pre-cook the chestnuts if necessary, as they take longer to cook (15 minutes if they’re ones you gathered yourself).

    Put them in a large dish.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Mix the flour, the cinnamon, the sugar and the cold butter in pieces.

    Add the water and mix the mixture with your fingers. Tip the crumble over the fruit.

    Bake for 45 minutes.
