Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Put a sheet of puff pastry on a silicone sheet.

    Lay the ham over it in a chiffonade (fine ribbons) and the roughly grated Comté.

    Close it with the other sheet of pastry.

    Put a glass or a cup in the centre to mark the heart of the flower.

  3. Step 3

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    With scissors, cut the pastry as in the photo into 4, then into 8.

    Make 3 strips per portion.

    Twist them: one one way, the next the other way…

    Bake for 30 minutes maximum (keep an eye on it from 25 minutes).
