Walnut, hazelnut and cranberry bread

For breadmaker owners (and I know some who’ve stashed theirs on a shelf right up high, when it would be much happier down low near you), a more festive bread recipe.

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Beat the egg with the soft butter, the milk and the water.

    Put this mixture into the breadmaker pan.

  2. Step 2

    Dry-fry the walnuts and hazelnuts and chop them roughly. Cut the cranberries into small pieces.

    Sift the flour. Mix it with the walnuts, hazelnuts and cranberries.

    Put half the flour into the pan.

    Add 1 tsp of salt, then the rest of the flour and, last of all, the baker’s yeast.

    Set the machine to “normal” and start it.
