Trout, avocado and walnut salad

Here’s a quick recipe for dinner… smoked trout, avocado, walnuts, salad leaves, dill and a good vinaigrette…

  1. Step 1

    Make the vinaigrette in a bowl and toss in the chopped batavia lettuce.

    Cut the smoked trout slices into pieces and the avocado into strips, and squeeze lemon over them.

    On plates, arrange the salad leaves, the smoked trout, the avocado, the walnut halves and the dill.

    There you go, it’s ready ^^
