Grape and Muscat tiramisu
With this recipe you have to forget classic tiramisu and its characteristic amaretto flavour… But once you’re over the surprise, it’s a lovely dessert and, once again, easy to make.

Preparation

Step 1
Whisk the three egg whites to firm peaks.
Whisk the three egg yolks with the 3 tbsp of sugar, then add the contents of the tub of mascarpone.
Put a little of this mixture into 6 large glasses.
Dip the biscuits, cut into pieces, into the Muscat (just in and out, so they don’t make the cream soggy… with the 10 cl, you should be able to quickly dip all your biscuits).
Add them to the glasses.
Wash and dry the grapes, share them between the glasses, then finish with the rest of the cream.
Chill, ideally until the next day (a few hours at the very least).
