Pasta with cabbage and sausage

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Wash the cabbage leaves and boil them for about ten minutes, or sweat them down in a covered pan. Cut them into pieces.

    Remove the skins from the sausages and brown the meat in a dry pan.

    Bring a large amount of water to the boil, salt it once boiling and drop in the pasta for the cooking time given on the packet.

    Grate the cheese and reheat the cabbage and the sausage meat.

    Drain the pasta and toss it for 30 seconds with the meat.

    Put it onto warm plates (left in the oven at 85°C for 5 minutes), add the cabbage leaves and the Comté.
