Cook the pasta al dente so it releases energy into your body for longer (yes, really — overcooked pasta turns into fast sugars, unlike al dente pasta, which gives slow-release sugars). Drain it. Make a vinaigrette with 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and toss the pasta in it. Dice the radishes and tip them into the salad. Add the baby spinach, the peppers cut into pieces and the parmesan.
