Brussels sprouts with ham and tomme

Oddly, some people don’t like Brussels sprouts. Perhaps because they’ve only eaten tinned ones.
Don’t dwell on a bad experience. In less than thirty minutes, you’ll know for sure!

Brussels sprouts with ham and tomme

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Remove the damaged leaves from the Brussels sprouts (cut a bit off the stalk to take off the damaged leaves), wash them and cook them either in a steam oven (12 minutes at 100 °C) or in a pan of boiling water for 15 minutes. Push in a knife tip to see if the cooking is to your liking (al dente or well cooked, to taste).

Drain the sprouts, put them in a small gratin dish, add the ham and slices of cheese.

Microwave for 3 or 4 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
