Figs with goat’s cheese and honey
It’s fig season, so make the most of it — and if you think you don’t like them, taste some freshly picked ones again. Some people change their minds ^^.

Step 1
Cut the figs almost in half (don’t cut all the way through). Tuck thin slices of fresh goat’s cheese between the two halves before closing them. Drizzle a little honey over the top and arrange them in a small ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
