Pork shoulder in soy sauce

A lovely recipe you can serve to guests if you like. It’s easy to make and presents really well!

    Take the meat out of the fridge half an hour before preparing it.

    Mix all the marinade ingredients: honey, mustard, soy sauce and grated or finely chopped ginger.

    Regularly, turn the pieces of meat so they soak up the marinade.

    Let the meat rest in the oven for 15 minutes to tenderise.

    Serve with rice cooked in a steamer (one measure of rice to one and a half of water plus a pinch of salt) and a nice salad.
